I suspect I am not alone - those of us who enjoy Baja, or other tropical locales enjoy a great beach bar. A Palapa that you can go to in your shorts, sandals and Tommy Bahamas. It is all about great music, great drinks and partying with a purpose.
I have an opportunity to design, build and operate a beach bar like this. The soundtrack is Jimmy Buffett, Sammy Hagar, and classic rock that makes you want to dance.
